PAWA is dedicated to transforming the lives of pastoralist women and girls in Mandera, Wajir, Garissa, Isiolo, Marsabit, and across Kenya. In communities where access to education, healthcare, and economic opportunities remains a challenge, we step in to create sustainable solutions. Through advocacy, training, and grassroots initiatives, we empower women and girls to take charge of their futures, drive change, and build resilient societies. Our programs focus on key areas such as education, healthcare, peacebuilding, economic empowerment, and climate resilience, ensuring that no one is left behind. By working closely with local communities, we provide the tools, knowledge, and support needed to break cycles of poverty and exclusion. Together, we can create a future where every woman and girl has the opportunity to thrive. Explore our programs and join us in making a lasting impact.
